Chapels encourage and challenge students

Every Wednesday, the entire student body and staff of Redeemer gathers in our gym for worship, prayer, and reflection. Our student-led worship team leads the singing which is then followed by a presentation.

Our speakers include teachers, pastors or youth pastors, missionaries and people working for Christian ministries or organizations. Presentations may also be made by community members or even students who would like to share about a mission experience, or promote a Christian organization or event.

Our weekly chapel is an important ingredient in our school schedule; it’s an opportunity to challenge our students’ faith walk, to introduce them to new ideas, and a time for them to hear God’s Word.

Parents welcome

Parents and guests are welcome to join us every Wednesday morning at 8:30 a.m. Please sign in at the office upstairs.

Opportunities for dynamic speakers

Are you interested in speaking at a Redeemer chapel? We are looking for dynamic Christian leaders and speakers who can encourage and challenge our students in their Christian walk.

Our student body consists of approximately 150 attentive teens from more than 18 different denominations. Chapel takes place in our gym at 8:35 a.m. most Wednesday mornings.

To learn more about speaking at chapel and discuss a possible date, please contact Brad Armishaw or call 613-723-9262.

  • Consult the Q&A page for details about chapel at Redeemer

Student worship teams often open chapel with prayer and a time of singing which is then followed by a presentation.

We appreciate our speakers who give of their time and testimony to challenge our students in their faith.
