Uniform Order Form

Use this link to access our order form for a detailed list of what items are available, and look at the McCarthy web-site for sizing charts and further information on clothing options and their company.

We strongly encourage students to come in for a fitting, with a parent, teacher or someone in the office.  They can try on sample pieces in different sizes to get the best fit possible and to ensure dress code is met (i.e. length of kilts, tightness of shirts or pants, etc.).  We will be placing our next bulk order on October 1, 2010.  By having everyone order at once instead of individually or on-line, we get the best prices possible.

Please note, we will always attempt to have a selection of clothing in a variety of sizes to accommodate students who join our student body mid-year.

To have questions answered, please contact Redeemer teacher Hilary Harding.

Completed order forms can be handed into the school office. To download or view the order form, click here.

Next uniform bulk order will be going in on October 1, 2010.

Our complete uniform policy is available here.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  Why is a fitting appointment necessary?

A:  We want to ensure that we get the orders right.  As you know, different clothing companies have slightly different sizing.  We highly recommend coming in for a fitting.  However, there are also sizing charts available on McCarthy’s website. http://www.rjmccarthy.com/Estore/SizeCharts.aspx

Q:  When are orders due?

A:  We may do a small "special" order for brand new students who were not able to get all the pieces they wanted, in early September, however, the next bulk order for everyone will be October 1, 2010.

Q:  How long does it take for an order to come in?

A:  As a wholesale customer, items take approximately 6 weeks to arrive.  Remember, McCarthy's has to customize all our pieces by putting our school logo or crest on all the shirts, sweaters and vests.

Q:  What if I order something in June and then my son or daughter grows over the summer?

A:  All unworn items may be exchanged through the school.  In addition, McCarthy’s has recently changed to “unfinished” pant lengths which should help alleviate the concern.

Q:  What if we register  our child late, or mid-year?

A:  The school will be ordering a variety of extra items for purchase by newly registered families.

Q:  What if we find we need more items in September?

A:  The school will have a few extra items on hand that will be available for purchase once school starts, and after all new students have purchased what they need.  In addition, in October, December and March, you will have other opportunities to order.

Q:  What does it mean that we are a wholesale customer of McCarthy’s?

A:  Being a wholesale customer allows you to buy clothing for approximately half price.  However, it also means that all orders must come through the school and the school is responsible to organize fittings, orders, distribution, etc. This means Redeemer parents cannot place an order for Redeemer clothing directly through the McCarthy web site, you must place orders through the school.

Q:  How can I help?

A: It will be busy at different times of year (i.e. when an order is being put together, when new students need fittings, when an order comes in and needs to be sorted.)  Please contact Hilary Harding if you would be willing to help out.  Your volunteer hours will count toward the RCHS Volunteer Service Points Program.

Q:  Who is co-ordinating the uniform order?

A:  RCHS teacher Hilary Harding has taken on the responsibility for student fittings, and putting our final orders together.  If you have any further questions or concerns, please address them to her, and not to Mrs. Joustra in the office.  Thank you!
